Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders across Pakistan.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped directly from one of our warehouses, and we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Due to the high demand for our products, please allow 3-8 business days for delivery.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an AWB number (within 1-2 days). You can use this number to track your package on our Tracking Page. If you encounter any issues with tracking, feel free to reach out to us at nayabkhtoon@gmail.com.

Why is my order being shipped in multiple packages?
If your order contains multiple items, some might be shipped from different warehouses depending on which one has the items in stock the fastest. If any item is temporarily out of stock, we may ship the available products first to get them to you faster and send the rest later.

What happens if my order gets lost or delayed?
Don't worry! All orders are shipped with insured shipping. If your package gets stuck, lost, or returned during delivery, we’ll take care of it. We will send a replacement package with expedited shipping and tracking.

Note: All our orders are shipped with care, and we ensure that the fastest and safest delivery methods are used.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We take great care in thoroughly checking all goods prior to shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, you can always return or exchange it by contacting our customer care at +92-3390001772.

Return/Exchange Eligibility:
Nayab Khatoon will only accept exchanges or returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any items requested for return or exchange after 7 days will not be accepted.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return items in undamaged condition. If the returned item is damaged, we will ship it back to you.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed through bank transfer and will only cover the product value. Shipping charges (for both the original order and the return) are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.

Exchanges:
If you request an exchange, a Rs. 300 delivery fee will be charged for the new shipment of your exchanged item.
